You can order repeat prescriptions using our ‘Digital Front Door‘. You can also order repeat prescriptions by logging in to your NHS App or the NHS App website. If you use the NHS App, you will be able to see when your requests have been approved.
Non-urgent advice: Note
‘Approved’ on the App means the doctor has approved your repeat medication request. It does not mean the medications are ready to collect. Prescription wait times can vary. Your prescription will usually be ready within 2-5 working days, but this can depend on the type of medication, and the pharmacy’s workload.
For patients unable to use our Digital Front Door or the NHS App, we accept requests by email: [email protected]. Within your email, please state:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Contact number
- The details of medications you require and which chemist to send them to.
