New Service – Move Together

Move Together is coming to the surgery to support you to move more. We can help you access the right activity to suit your needs and preferences, including home activity packs, Mini exerciser loan scheme, Short walking groups, exercise referral and many more!

A member of Move Together will be visiting the Marcham Road Health Centre every fourth Tuesday of the month (from April 2023) to provide advice and support. Make an appointment and receive a free exercise Tea Towel!
